Our Team

Taylor has been working in ABA for four years and is our Vice President of Operations. Taylor has experience as an RBT in both in-home and clinical environments with toddlers to adults. She also gained extensive experience in staffing, training, and managing the day-to-day operations of a center. As her career progressed, Taylor began to transition to the administrative side of ABA therapy and is a vital part of our leadership team.

She says that while she loves working directly with clients, she enjoys advocating for and being a resource for all our clients and their families. Taylor still occasionally fills in with clients but primarily uses her skills to help our centers run smoothly and for our clients and staff.

When she’s not at work, she’s gardening, hiking, and relaxing at home with her husband and their eight pets.
