Skylar Dominguez, RBT
Center Operations Manager - Aledo Center
Skylar began working with clients in ABA therapy in 2020 and has earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Skylar joined the TBC team as a Behavior Technician in March 2021, and was promoted to Behavior Technician/Trainer, and is now supporting our team behind the scenes as the Aledo Center Operations Manager. Skylar has experience with a wide range of ages, from preschoolers to teenagers. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Rehabilitation Studies and is currently pursuing her master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling at UNT.
She discovered her passion for working with kids with special needs as a substitute teacher in special education classrooms. Skylar says she loves the rewarding feeling of helping a child learn and grow. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and taking her to local parks.
