Dominique Finlay, MA, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director - Alliance Center
Dominque Finlay is a Clinical Director at our Alliance Center. She has been working in ABA since 2018 and earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2021. Dom has ABA experience with early learners and experience with elementary and middle schoolers in a public school special education setting.
Dom says she loves teaching functional communication to her clients so they can better express themselves. Dom says her favorite thing about working at TBC is the supportive environment for the clinical team.
When Dom’s not working, she enjoys lifting weights, trying new restaurants, traveling, and taking naps.
Dom’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Special Education and ABA from Arizona State University. She is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas.
