
Tan-Tinisha Ray, MA, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Supervisor - Burleson Center
Tan-Tinisha Ray is a Clinical Supervisor at our Burleson Center. She has been working in ABA since 2019 and earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2023. Tan-Tinisha began at TBC as a Behavior Analyst Intern in 2022. Tan-Tinisha has ABA experience in both center-based and in-home settings. She also has experience providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy to children aged 2-14. Tan-Tinisha also worked as an investigator for Child Protective Services, helping many children with developmental delays.
Tan-Tinisha says she loves teaching early learners how to communicate because it opens up a world of possibilities for them. She says her favorite thing about working at TBC is the positive and fun atmosphere and team-based approach to ABA.
When Tan-Tinisha not working, she enjoys reading, writing, spending time with friends and family, and she’s reteaching herself how to play piano.
Tan-Tinisha’s qualifications include a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds two master’s degrees, an MA in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MA from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism.
