Kim Hyrlik, MA, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Supervisor, Alliance Center
Kim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Texas. She earned her master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Puget Sound.
Kim has extensive experience in early intervention with children with autism in several environments. Before becoming a BCBA, Kim was a special education teacher, working with children from preschool to second grade in public schools in California. She had specialized training, including a Moderate/Severe Special Education teaching credential and is well-versed in the ins and outs of public school, and the skills early learners need to continue the next steps in their learning journey.
Kim’s ABA experience includes both center-based and home-based services. When Kim worked with children in home-based ABA, she worked with infants to 3 year-olds, and has worked with clients up to age 10 in the clinical environment. Her heart has always been with early intervention, and she’s excited to use her wide range of experience to support the children and families at our Alliance Center.
In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, playing with her dogs and attempting to learn how to garden.
