Human Resources (HR)/Recruiting Manager Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources.

· Previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growing company.

· Experience utilizing platforms and software like Indeed, LinkedIn, Paycom, and Microsoft Office 365.

· The ability to understand and adapt to the complexities qualified staff within the ABA field.

· Willingness to travel between our centers as needed, located in the Fort Worth area.

· Expertise in employment regulations/laws and familiarity with HIPAA and other nuances of medical practice.

Human Resources/Recruiting Manager Role Description

A successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure that you are building out a quality clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to do the following:

· Model TBC’s core values while interacting with current staff members and recruiting clinical staff.

· Actively source applicants through various recruiting platforms to find qualified applicants for employment.

· Effectively represent our brand, messaging, and core values both internally and externally with current and potential staff members.

· Effectively assess and evaluate potential candidates based on clinical requirements and core values.

· Facilitate the onboarding of all new staff members and reliably completing all onboarding-related tasks.

· Monitor and manage the maintenance of certifications of all clinical staff.

· Facilitate the hiring process by scheduling and conducting interviews in conjunction with the Chief Clinical Officers and managing other critical aspects of the hiring process.

· Communicate with perspective and current employees regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, etc.

· Ensure the timely and accurate completion of performance reviews, development of performance improvement plans, and work with clinical staff to present them to employees.

· Work with clinical and operations staff to ensure appropriate documentation and mediation of any disciplinary actions as needed.
