Clinical Director/BCBA – Aledo Center – Full-Time

About Thrive Behavior Centers
Founded in 2020, Thrive Behavior Centers is a new, locally owned company. We provide center-based therapy to children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We specialize personalized Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) and providing the support our clients and their families need. .

***This position is for our Aledo-area center*** The brand-new center is about 30 minutes from downtown Fort Worth in peak traffic.  161 JD Towles Parkway, Willow Park, TX 76087.

Requirements for Clinical Director/BCBA:

  • Current BCBA certification and LBA license
  • At least one year of experience as a practicing BCBA
    • 3 years’ experience with center-based early intervention preferred
  • Previous professional leadership experience

Job duties of Clinical Director/BCBA:

  • Provide personalized case management for our early learners at critical time in their development
  • Lead, supervise and provide ongoing professional development for our dedicated RBTs
  • Manage daily operations of our brand new center in collaboration with Chief Clinical Officer and administrative staff
  • Provide supervision for Behavior Analyst Interns and guide their growth into great BCBAs
  • Be or become proficient in Central Reach Clinical Management Software.
  • Use client-centered techniques and function-based interventions to shape meaningful growth in our young clients
  • Support our families with practical parent education and training
  • Be knowledgeable in processes advocating for clients with payors to obtain and maintain funding for ABA services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lead by example – the Clinical Director will model the Thrive Treatment Model and uphold company values, including privacy regulations and the BACB ethical code.
